I build products from zero to one.

I have done it twice. A citizen-voice DPI I took to national scale, across state and central governments. A voice AI startup I built from a folder of scripts into a live product. Right now I am building voice AI, and looking for the next thing to take from nothing to real.

next: sovereign AI for India. the infrastructure, not the wrapper.

Dialflo

Founding member, Product and Engineering

I was the third person at Dialflo, a voice AI startup in Bangalore. I walked in to a founder, one engineer, and a folder of Python scripts. I became the center of the company: I owned product and customer success, drove the roadmap and the engineering sprints, and kept things moving day to day. What came out of it was a full self-serve voice AI product, live with five or six paying clients. I also turned one client we were about to lose into five live projects.

People+AI · EkStep

Fellow, Project Lead on Jan Ki Baat

Jan Ki Baat was my fellowship, and I built it like a founder. It is a voice AI system that uses LLMs to understand millions of natural, unscripted responses from citizens at scale, so governments and organisations can actually listen back. I spent fifteen months taking it from an idea to national scale: multiple state and central government deployments, the first AI use-case adoption of its kind at this scale, a 20-plus person team I hired and led, whitepapers, and a cohort that grew into an ecosystem of voice AI startups. The work drew coverage from Forbes India to Microsoft. One of the startups born out of it is where I went next.

Hanson Robotics

Machine Learning Research, cognition for Sophia

I worked on cognition for Sophia, the humanoid robot, in the OpenCog and SingularityNET ecosystem, combining neural outputs with symbolic reasoning for context-aware behavior. This is the least documented part of my background and I will not oversell it. What I took from it is that making a machine hold a conversation that feels real is very hard. It is the problem I have worked on ever since.

Avanti Fellows

Software Engineer Intern

Built a reporting and analytics engine with FastAPI, Jinja, and JavaScript for an ed-tech nonprofit serving 90,000-plus students across 190-plus government schools.

VR Business Solution

Business Development & Analytics

My first taste of commercial work. Star Performer of the Year, 60-plus qualified leads a month into Fortune 1000 accounts, and a joint marketing initiative across two units.

Tutorials and essays, tech and not. Voice AI evaluation and the engineering behind it, and whatever else I am thinking through. What I learned shipping it, not advice from the sidelines.

Calisthenics, cycling, and marathons, training toward an Ironman. Last year: 3.68 million steps, the elevation of climbing Everest forty times. The page pulls last night's sleep and recovery live.

I have covered a lot of ground. Stories and photos from the road land here.
